I am a walker, not a fast runner and/or I don't like to run long distances but want to run with others. What should I do?
Try walking/running with the groups at Running Room, which run at 6:00 pm on Wednesdays and 8:30 am on Sundays. Distances are anywhere from approximately 2 miles up and include paces from walking to running. There is no charge, nor is there any registration requirement. Just show up!
