Mitch is 42 years old and grew up in Randolph, MN. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout for his B.S. in Applied Math and the University of Minnesota for his M.S. in Computer Science. He has lived in the Rochester area for the past 20 years, and currently works for Western Digital as a software engineer.
Mitch started running when he was about 30 years old. Since then he has also picked up triathlon, and has recently started getting more active in the Rochester running community, including joining the Rochester Track Club, and being an ambassador for TerraLoco.
Last fall Mitch helped organize the Adult Track Meet which raised over $1,000 for the 'Save the Track' effort. As a member of the Rochester Track Club board Mitch looks forward to being an ambassador for the track club and sharing his passion for the sport of running.
