Cool morning temps kept the trail runners refreshed while traversing the ups and downs of the Essex Park trail system. Finishing first after conquering the hills was Joey Keillor with a time of 29:01. Barbara Swenson broke the tape for the women with a time of 33:39.

Josiah Swanson, with a time of 16:49, for the second year in a row (16:44 time last year) won another warm Mayo Open 5K cross country race held following the High School Invitational on September 13th.

The 55 runners at the Reggie Oeltjen Douglas Trail 11 Mile were led by Dan Feda finishing in 1:05:31 with Deb Thomford the 1st woman across the 1:27:42.

| Rochester Womens 4 Mile - July 21, 2018 |
Overcast skies with temperatures in the mid 60s provided nice running conditions for the 65 women participating in the Rochester Womens 4 Mile Run around Silver Lake.
Kendall Pfrimmer finished first with a time of 27:13 followed by Jennifer Clark in 27:35 and Elizabeth Cozine in 28:23.

Sunny skies with temps quickly rising to the mid 60s was the backdrop for the Lourdes Eagles 5K run. Santi Ocariz was the overall winner in 17:50 with Amber Uhlenhake leading the women across the finish line in 20:11.

| Spring Classic 5K and 15K - April 28, 2018 |
Sunny skies and temps in the low 40s greeted runners with perfect conditions at the RTC Spring Classic races. The 5K runners were led by Evan Richardson (17:31) and Nicole Olson (20:12). Blake Whalen finished first in the 15K in 50:17 with Nikki Rendler leading the women in 1:03:42.
