A blue sky morning warming quickly to the 70 degrees by race time welcomed runners to the Lourdes Eagles 5K. Runners headed south on the bike trail from Lourdes High School towards Cascade Lake. Winds from the west at 15 mph made the runners work a bit harder on their return trip.
Mark Bolster led all runners in 16:54 with Ian Dewey (17:29) and Rick Curtis (19:09) following Mark across the finish line. Mary Chestolowski finished first among women in 19:55. Amber Uhlenhake (20:48) and Rebecca Freiburger (23:54) were next under the finish line banner.
