Matt Thompson won the 21st annual Spirit Run 5k on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016, with a time of 19:22.

Tour de Essex 7K - October 22, 2016

Trail runners enjoyed a beautiful fall morning at Essex Park with sunny skies and temps in the low 40s. Danny Whipple led all runners in a time of 30:17 averaging 6:15 per mile - an excellent pace on the challenging hills at Essex Park. Jennifer Clark finished first among women with a time of 36:31.

Riley records win at 30th Mayo Open

Weather almost stopped the 30th running of the Mayo Open 5K cross country race at Eastwood Golf Course (a storm canceled last year's event), but all competitors crossed the finish line before the rain came.

Kassonfest 5k 8-13-2016

This year's event had record attendance in both the 1 mile and 5k. Braydon Kubat of Kasson took first amongst the male participants and Taylor Mikkalson of Mantorville led the women

Ryan Slack was the winner of the 2016 All-Comers One-Mile race Tuesday, June 21, with a time of 4:44.3.

Chester Woods 2016 50k

Tim Hardy Smashed the old record by over 29 minutes to finish the 31 mile race in 3:28:41 Outstanding! Kelly Jaworski led the women in a time of 5:10:13

Cole Geschwind flew through the 10 mile to win in a time of 1:02:26 Kelly Boler smashed the female record in a red hot time of 1:05:27 !

Spring Classic 15K and 5K - April 30, 2016

Ali Khalili finished first in 55:28 with Therese Shumaker leading the women in 1:05:49. Wayne Dickie was the overall 5K winner in 17:41 with Elaine Eide finishing first among the women in 24:35.

Eagles 5K - April 23, 2016

Runners and walkers enjoyed a fine morning of partly sunny skies and 55 degree temps for the Eagles 5K. Ruth Brennan Morrey led the runners across the finish line in 17:28 with Santi Ocariz (top male finisher) coming across in second in 17:38 (while pushing a stroller with two children!).
