Half and Full Marathon Training Runs to Begin Saturday June 15, 2019
NOTES:
There is no group run on August 24,2019 due to Scheels Healthy Human Race.





Our parent organization, RRCA, prohibits animals or baby joggers on the training runs.





Spring distance training season has a 7:15 AM start


Half & Full Marathon Training Runs begin Saturday June 15 - 7:00 AM at the RAC



RTC Members and non-members are invited to participate at anytime in our full and half marathon training runs. The much anticipated, highly publicized, and greatly enjoyed long runs begin at 7:00 AM on Saturday June 15th through September 28.



Links are provided below for TCM, Chicago, & Whistlestop Marathons; TCM 10 & Whistlestop Half training schedules, and our waiver form.



Saturday group training run distances align with the above schedules. If you are running a different event from what those listed above, use your best judgement with respect to mileage or contact Lin Gentling for assistance.



Please contribute $1 per Saturday session to cover the cost of aid station supplies (or pay $10 as a lump sum) for the Fall season.



We do require a signed participation waiver. If you have already signed one for the spring runs, you do not need to sign another. One waiver per year is required.

Blank waivers are available, or bring a signed waiver to your first run.

Our group runs depend on volunteers to help staff aid stations or act as the Route Captain. If there aren't volunteers, the route is replaced with 4-5 mile loops around the RAC. Please take a turn at being a volunteer, or get a friend or family member to help out. The volunteer sign-up link is provided below.
