Join us for full and half marathon training runs. The much anticipated, highly publicized, and greatly enjoyed long runs begin soon: Spring 2019 season start on February 16th. We meet every Saturday morning at 7:15AM (Fall season runs begin at 7AM).
Running schedules & weekly distance plan are provided in the link below (based on Med City and Grandma's marathons; Med City and Gary Bjorkland Half marathons; and the Med City 10K Relay). If desired, runners can plan short-cuts when the review the weekly route map. Runners who wish to add miles may find it best to do that before or after the planned route due to avoid missing aid stations.
Please chip in $1 per Saturday for aid station supplies, and therapy, or pay $10 per season as a lump sum.
Additionally, each season we'll need you to bring a signed & dated participation waiver (see link below). Bring it to your first run. This must be done only once for the entire year.

We meet at the Rochester Athletic Club. They open at 7 AM on Saturday for warmth, congregating, and restroom use.
***Please be respectful of RAC members & staff: maintain an open pathway between door and the front desk...do not crowd the front desk...stay only on the carpeting****
If we have difficulty with this request, we will be outside explaining the route in the cold weather.
